- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*Unfortunately, KYND Beauty currently does not offer international shipping and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Fees charged after shipping such as tariffs, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking:
-Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating your order has been shipped with your tracking number and you can no longer cancel your order.
-If the tracking number is not shown, please wait 24 hours for it to show. If you still do not have a tracking number, please contact us at shopkyndbeauty@gmail.com

Lost/Stolen Packages:
KYND Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. You will know that your order has been shipped once you receive a shipping confirmation email. Please contact your local USPS office to file a claim about your package if your tracking number says it has been delivered, but it is not there.
KYND Beauty is also not responsible for any orders with incorrect addresses. Please double-check that ALL of your personal information (name, email address, phone number, shipping address) is correct before finalizing your purchase. If you notice that you misspelled your address after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can ship it to your correct address if it has not yet been shipped.

Damaged Products:
If you received a damaged product, please contact us at shopkyndbeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours, with your order number and a picture of the damaged product attached to the email for a full refund or a new product. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email, we are no longer responsible for your package.
